Birthday Wishes with Lucy

Yet another week of ISP issues….with any luck I will have a new service provider next week!  I am thankful to be able to get this card posted for the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge!  This card features the new Lucy Paper Packet.  I love the pink/grey color combination.  All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted.

Design Tip-I sponged Cotton Candy ink on the paper flowers.  The script saying was stamped with second generation Grey Wool Ink.  The decorative shapes were cut with the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge.  The embossed background was sponged with Cotton Candy ink.  The ribbon was sponged with Honey ink and then layered with the organdy ribbon.
