Freshly Made Sketches #376

In case you missed my post yesterday....it seems I have a new favorite color...Mint! I just could not put it away yet!  My gingham scraps begged to be put on a card..and were the perfect fit for the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge!  I basically used the same elements as yesterday's card with a little more detail.  Even though my elements are the same, it is a totally different look! Here is the original sketch design-

I think I have created more floral cards this year than ever before.  The Budding Peony stamp set is my absolute favorite set out of the current catalog.  Sadly, the coordinating Thin Cuts have sold out.  The stamp set is still available to order.  The stamped images could easily be cut with your SNC or fussy cut away!

I added in more shading to my peony and few more strands of silver thread.  I hope to add in some more colors to my Copic Collection soon.  I seem to have some serious gaps in the pastel colors!

All supplies by Close To My Heart except where noted:
D1831 Budding Peony Stamp set
X6027 White Daisy Cardstock
X5986 Mint Cardstock
X9003 Mix In Paper Packet
Z4189 Intense Black Exclusive Inks
Z4213 Silver Thread
Copic Markers
Stitched Rectangle Die-MFT

I have also entered my card in the following challenges:
Inspirational Challenges-Use Your Stash (using up my paper scraps!)
Paperminutes-CAS with Two Colors
Shopping Our Stash-Make Your Mark

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Swooning over your peony; your colouring breathes lovely life into this image! Yes to the mint! Thrilled you shared your creativity in the Inkspirational gallery!
