Atlantic Hearts Sketch #365


Our school has followed many others in announcing there will be no graduation ceremonies.  The seniors are super bummed! I am working on a stash of cards to acknowledge their efforts.  This card was created based on the sketch challenge at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge,


To create my card, I dry embossed a panel of Evergreen cardstock and then cut the panel into 1 1/4" x 4 1/4" strips.  The strips were adhered to a panel of Saffron cardstock and then die cut with a stitched rectangle frame. My sentiment and cap were inked with Intense Black ink.  Color was added to the cap with Prismacolor pencils and then blended with Gamsol. The cap was adhered with 3-D foam tape for added dimension.
